Refund & Cancellation Policy – Myhealthnatura

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • To request cancellation, contact us via:

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may proceed with a return after receiving the order.

2. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items where the seal or original packaging is broken.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or on final sale.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item sent).

  • If the error is from our side, we also cover the return shipping cost.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • The original item must be returned unused and unopened.

  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Shipping charges may apply for the exchanged item.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
